Where are you based?

We are a small, family-run business and we make our items in our home-based workshop in Florissant, MO (USA) 

How do I know what size to order?

Our shoes are standard US sizes. Please contact us if your size is not listed or you need a wider fitting shoe. 

Do you accept custom orders?

All of our shoes and accessories are made to order and the items shown on our website are just a sample of items we've made in the past. We are able to make minor changes to a design such as color or heel height or use an existing design as a starting point for something totally new and cool! We can also design something completely different and personal to you (pricing may vary). Nothing is too weird of an idea and we love to be challenged, so don't be afraid to email us to chat about your concept. 

Can I get a sketch “proof” of my item before it's made?

Yes absolutely! If you need the peace of mind of seeing your design concept before it is painted onto your shoes or bag, let us know and we can arrange to send that to you by email (an additional charge is applicable for this upgrade to our usual service). 

Do you accept orders from outside of the US?

We sure do! However it's important to note that shipping times can vary greatly by country, so please plan accordingly and place your order in plenty of time before your event. We will do our best to assist you in tracking your package if it does not arrive in a timely manner, but we are not responsible for packages once they are handed over to the postal service. Customs fees may be due in some countries and are the buyer's responsibility. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Unless otherwise indicated, please allow 4-6 weeks "blingification" time before your item is ready to ship.  

Can I get my item sooner?

If your carriage is due to turn into a pumpkin at any moment, we are able to offer a rush service that will guarantee your item will be ready to ship within TWO WEEKS of your order. The fee for this service is $35.00 and overnight shipping is available on request for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss a SUPER RUSH order if two weeks is not fast enough and you're dying to get your hands on your blinged bag or shoes even sooner! 

What shipping carrier is used?

Domestic orders ship via USPS priority mail which may take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks depending on the location and other factors beyond our control. Tracking will be provided for all orders. 

How do I change my shipping address for an existing order?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have a change of address to avoid having your package returned to us as undeliverable. 

What is your return and exchange policy?

Our shoes and accessories are custom made for each order so we are not able to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about your item and we will do our best to resolve them. 

How do I keep my Wicked Addiction item looking its best?

We need you to love our creations as much as we do...treat them carefully so they can live a long and happy life! Even if you're a part-time mermaid, do your best not to get them wet and don't wear them in the rain!
